1.  Can I order only one item?

Yes, you can order a single item. However, MeatDash is designed for weekly or monthly meat shopping, so most customers order multiple items for best value. Please note that the minimum order amount is CHF 50 (including the CHF 20 service & delivery charge).

2. What locations does MeatDash deliver to?

We currently deliver within all German speaking states in Switzerland.
Our goal is to expand step-by-step into more cantons as demand grows.

3. How much does delivery cost?

We charge a total of CHF 20 service & delivery fee per order.

4. Which delivery days and dates can I choose?

MeatDash delivers every Friday and Saturday. Orders placed up till Thursday can be delivered the same week (Friday or Saturday, depending on your preference). Orders placed after Thursday will be scheduled for delivery on the following weekend.

5. Where do the products come from?*

We focus on *Swiss-grown, premium-quality meat*, sourced through trusted Swiss suppliers.

Exceptions:

* Chicken breasts: imported from Brazil
* Fish products: imported from Thailand

6. What are the correct storage temperatures?

To maintain freshness and food safety, please store products at the following maximum temperatures:

* Fresh meat: max *5°C*
* Fresh fish: max *2°C*
* Frozen products: max -18°C*

7. Can I freeze thawed/defrosted products again?

We strongly recommend using defrosted products immediately. For best quality and safety, do not refreeze thawed products.

8. How do I know the correct storage temperature for each product?

Every delivered product comes with a label showing:

* the correct storage temperature
* the use-by/consumption date
